CSM Robert M. Delia
March 20, 1931 - January 11, 2023
![]() | CSM Bob Delia was interred next to his beloved previously-deceased wife Joan on March 26, 2023 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Pepperell MA. It was a sunny and mild but very windy day, providing a challenge for flag-bearers (from the Pepperell VFW Post #3291 where CSM Delia was a member) and flag-folders (SMAJ's long-time friends and comrades Dave McCallister and Ralph Metivier). The ceremony was well-attended and everything he could have wanted for a send-off from his many friends and comrades, including a Rifle Detail from the Hollis, NH VFW Post 11373 and the Brookline, NH American Legion Post 74. Thanks to them all for their appearances. Click here for the Graveside Service Program (courtesy of LTC(Ret)Gregory d'Arbonne). Pictures have been added to our PHOTOS page.
